Product: HP Pavilion Touchsmart 23 all-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cannot get the install of the dongle to work. Drivers are missing? it will install and come back with a msg. that the device is ready but does not show under blue tooth devices. In Device Manager the item shows with a yellow triangle. and cannot get any links to updates for drivers.

What is the manufacturer and model-number of that "dongle" ?

Do they have a web-site?

Do they have device-drivers available for download from their web-site?
