It looks as if the device is no longer recognized by the OS.

The following link is to the Windows Update catalog. Your OEM installed wifi adapter is a 1x1 RT 5390  Half-mini pcie device.

https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=ralink+rt5390

Try the Windows 8.1 and later drivers to see if the OS will accept one of them and the WLAN device responds and works again in Windows 10.

Hi

OK o do you have one of these???

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-omni-120-1100-desktop-pc-series/5186992/model/5192382

HP Omni 120-1124 Desktop PC
HP Omni 120-1124 Desktop PCand not the model 2200 suggested earlier.

AND have you tried this driver?  File name:    sp57283.exe
OR this one?                                     File name:    sp58084.exe
HP Mini WiFi Card 573622-001 PCIe 802.11 Wlan RT3092 WPER-120GN Low Profile.

The part is used in over 200 products so a driver may exist somewhere.

I suggest you go along with the idea from Erico as your adapter is probably broken.
