Something is probably defective with the Bluetooth if you uninstall it and it comes back with the same windows can't start the device error.

The easiest thing to do would be to use a USB Bluetooth adapter if you need Bluetooth.

What model Bluetooth driver are you trying to install and for what model Wi-Fi adapter?

Im trying to update my bleutooth radio (COM3) using Realtek RTL8xxx serie Bleutooth driver

I dont know what u mean with Wi-Fi adapter but i use a LAN cable if thats helpful

The fact that your PC has a Realtek Bluetooth adapter, means it has a Realtek Wi-Fi adapter.

The Bluetooth radio is an integral part of the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter's circuit board.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if the latest BT driver HP has for the Realtek Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter works.

If you continue to get that message, you may want to try uninstalling the device in the device manager, check the uninstall driver box, restart the PC, select 'scan for hardware changes' in the device manager and see if the driver will install that way.

Sounds like it is more than a just a driver issue.
