HP Envy Desktop - 10th Gen Intel Core i7-10700F - GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new HP desktop is having trouble staying connected to one of my two security cameras.  Note that the cameras are not of the same model or manufacturer. The problem camera typically  remains connected to a laptop on the same WiFi network, as well as to the Android app on my tablets and cell phone--but not the desktop in question.  When I run the HP Network Check, it comes back saying that the problem has been successfully solved and that it was a  "Port (316)" problem.  But the machine will typically still not connect.  I usually need to reboot the PC to get it to work, but it then invariably messes up within a couple of days or so.

Thanks for any ideas.
