How do I connect my pixel earbuds to bluetooth?

I am not able to get my computer to pick up the earbuds when scanning for devices. What am I missing?

HP Recommended

The only suggestion I can offer is to make sure you have your PC set to 'discoverable' by other Bluetooth devices.

 

It may be turned off by default.
