Product: HP Pavilion 27-xa0035 27"
Does any know if you can disable the wireless keyboard and mouse? Can the existing keyboard be wired, or would a wired replacement be necessary? Can you fully disable other wireless features in settings on this PC?
Thanks.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- Click Start Menu and type in Device Manager
- Open up the Device Manager and find your Keyboards and left click on it
- You will be able to find the keyboard. Right click on it and hit 'Uninstall'
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
