does my computer already have a network adapter installed?

HP Recommended
HP p6-2130
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having great difficulty setting up a homegroup (first time). I have tried to follow various help articles in magazines and on the web-to no avail. 

I am recovering from a minor stroke and I'm not too bright or computer savvy!

 

 Any help would be greatfully received!

Hi,

 

What is your HP p6-2130 ? Must be HP p6-2130xx. Some may have but many of them don't but they have Ethernet port and you need a CT5e or CAT6 cable to connect to a modem/router to be able to use internet.
