You're very welcome.

The Bluetooth driver on your PC's support page is for the Broadcom Bluetooth adapter and is only for the PCs with the Broadcom Wi-Fi adapter.

For whatever reason, HP does not have the Ralink Bluetooth driver for your PC's Ralink Wi-Fi adapter on your PC's support page.

You have to install the same model Bluetooth driver for the model Wi-Fi adapter that comes with your PC.

If your PC has a Ralink Bluetooth adapter, then it has a Ralink Wi-Fi adapter.

Hi:

You have to also uncheck the box to have One Drive start when Windows starts.
