Hello People !!
I just did a new HDD instal and WIN10 new instal with help from the forums here by Paul Tikkanen- i was advised to check dev.manager - and if any Q marks that means i have to dload the respective driver and install - - which I did ....but when i check the device manager i still get (?) ....... please see image attached - i downloaded the driver from HP - i dont know why this is happening, been struggling with this for like 4 hrs cant figure it out.
im not well versed with computers, i dont know where im going wrong ?.
HP Pavillion 500-369 Desktop PC / Model G4A9A4AA

oh hello Paul - Paul to the rescue again !!!!- sorry i had to start a new topic because i wanted to keep the Persepective Of the Problem based on the issue and guidelines.

ok so i have to d/load the one you gave ..... so that means the one i d/loaded from HP ??? was the wrong one ? is it? or maybe it was dead / outdated ????? i just wanna know for future knowledge.

You're very welcome.
The Bluetooth driver on your PC's support page is for the Broadcom Bluetooth adapter and is only for the PCs with the Broadcom Wi-Fi adapter.
For whatever reason, HP does not have the Ralink Bluetooth driver for your PC's Ralink Wi-Fi adapter on your PC's support page.
You have to install the same model Bluetooth driver for the model Wi-Fi adapter that comes with your PC.
If your PC has a Ralink Bluetooth adapter, then it has a Ralink Wi-Fi adapter.

Paul i have one another issue ...the **bleep** one drive i on the right hand corner in the task bar i hit setting and then i hit "Unlink This PC" ....and then i also hit "Close One Drive" ---------but everytime i restart the PC - the one drive comes back - and its not gone ...like i have to do the "unlink "??? everytime ????

You have to also uncheck the box to have One Drive start when Windows starts.
