Sorry, but this is a combination of the App you are using to check e-mail, the settings of that App, and the settings that your ISP requires who handles your e-mail server.
You will have to contact support for your e-mail server to determine specifically what settings are needed with the App you are using.
We can not assist you with that as we have no way of knowing what settings they require.
