Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.
I understand that you have an HP Beats Special Edition 23-n010 All-in-One Desktop PC and would like to know how to connect an external TV to your PC. I'll be glad to assist you with this case.
I did some research on this case and found that this PC does not have an HDMI out port. Instead, the PC has an HDMI in port. Which means that this all in one PC's screen can be used as a screen for other computers and devices.

DC power input
-
DC power indicator
-
Ethernet port
-
USB 3.0 ports
-
HDMI In port
Figure : Left side of the system
-
HDMI In button (To have the computer recognize an HDMI connection, press the HDMI In button when an HDMI cable has been connected in the rear HDMI port.)
-
Media card reader slot
-
Two USB 3.0 ports (bottom port provides USB Boost feature)
-
Hard disk drive activity indicator
-
Microphone/headphone jack
Therefore, you cannot connect an HDMI compatible TV to this port and use the TV as an external screen.
I hope this answers your question. Feel free to keep me posted for any further questions. Cheers! 🙂
