HP Recommended

Trying to print from my note book . Had been able to in the past. Now eprint fails. Notbook recognised hp 8610 but fails.

Wired connection fails too.  Is there a new a app of software i need? . 

Virtuall assistant not helpfull as eprint  and eprinters are no longer supported.
