Product: All-in-one HP 20-C102il
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Very recent I have purchased  an All-in-one PC , Model: HP 20-C102il , Sl. No. [edited] . Bluetooth in PC is not activated  and  pairing between Android Mobile and PC is not made and  also cannot identify  each other device.  I want a guide line for solution of problem /  operating bluetooth in my PC.

Hi:

 

Did you install the required bluetooth driver for the model wifi adapter your PC comes with?

 

That would be the only reason I can think of as to why the bluetooth isn't working.

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek Bluetooth in the supported models that are running a supported operating system.
