Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Bought a new HP ENVY T01-3244.  It came with wireless mouse and keyboard, and no instructions.  Both don't have a pair button.  The mouse has an on/off switch.  The keyboard doesn't have any buttons.  When I put the batteries in the keyboard, the light on the Caps Lock button comes on briefly, then turns off.   I've tried pairing, including putting the keyboard on the computer thinking the NFC might capture it.  No luck.  How do I get my HP wireless keyboard to connect to my HP computer?

The keyboard and mouse came in a box that has this labeled on it: "HP 710 Black Wireless KB MS Combo US"

I figured it out... there is a tiny USB dongle that came in the box with the keyboard and mouse.  That has to be plugged in.  Keyboard and mouse automatically connect to the PC when this dongle is plugged in.
