how to resync my HP Premium Lifestyle Wireless Keyboard?

HP Recommended

I am having the issue with my HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b110 .   I can't figure out how to sync up the new Premium lifestyle wireless keyboard.

The videos and document being posted are generic and don't apply here.  There is no sync button and the computer doesn't find the keyboard automatically.  There are no options to connect either.  Please help!

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.

I see that you need help re syncing your wireless keyboard.

I'll try my best to help

If your Keyboard does not have a connect button, please follow these steps

Re-synchronizing the keyboard and/or mouse causes the devices to reconnect to the receiver using new identification numbers.

NOTE: You must complete the following connection sequence within 60 seconds. If you do not complete the sequence in 60 seconds, start over.

Also ensure you have fresh batteries installed and try the USB receiver in different USB ports

Keep me posted how it goes

Thank you 🙂

  1. Disconnect the wireless receiver from the USB slot.

NOTE: For some HP All-in-One and desktop PC products, the USB receiver is built into the computer. Check the service manual for USB wireless receiver removal process.

  2. Wait 10 seconds and push the receiver back into place, making sure to push it in as far as it will go. If the receiver has an LED indicator, the activity light on the receiver comes on and then goes off within five seconds.

NOTE: If problems persist after resetting AND you have another wireless keyboard or mouse nearby, perform these steps again, holding down the keyboard or mouse sync button for ten seconds. Doing this might give the keyboard or mouse a new ID number in case the other keyboard or mouse was using the same number.

This is an AIO computer that does not have a USB dongle for the keyboard/mouse.  It's build in to the computer somehow, and I can't find a button anywhere.  The keyboard/mouse doesn't have a reset button either.

The keyboard is fully charged.  It was working, but stopped after a computer restart.

The information you provided does not apply.  Please help.

I have checked the specifications and the Keyboard Mouse comes with the Nano receiver dongle that plugs into USB port.

You can refer to this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05367106. If you have that dongle you can remove it, plug it back in and the keyboard should get connected automatically since it uses the Two-way 2.4 GHz radio frequency wireless technology

If the issue persists or if you do not find the dongle, please check your Forum Inbox.

Check your private message icon in the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope,

Thanks
