My wireless KB and mouse only work when I'm running the PC Hardware Diagnostics tool. This is the message I'm seeing when I go into Settings-Bluetooth & devices - Input "hp 710 wireless kb ms combo driver error"

It sounds like you're having a driver issue with your HP 710 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the problem.
Update Drivers:
- Go to Device Manager (you can search for it in the Windows Start menu).
- Locate the Keyboards and Mice and other pointing devices sections.
- Right-click on your HP 710 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse entries and select Update driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
Reinstall Drivers:
- In Device Manager, right-click on the HP 710 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse entries and select Uninstall device.
- Restart your computer. Windows should automatically reinstall the drivers. If not, you might need to download the latest drivers from HP’s website.
Check HP Support Website:
- Visit the HP Support website and search for your HP ENVY Desktop PC model.
- Look for any specific drivers for the HP 710 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo, and download and install them.
Bluetooth Troubleshooter:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
- Select Additional troubleshooters and then choose Bluetooth.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to see if Windows can identify and fix any issues.
Check for Windows Updates:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Check for updates and install any that are available.
Reset Bluetooth:
- Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
- Remove the HP 710 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse from the list of paired devices.
- Restart your PC and then re-pair the devices.
BIOS Update:
- Sometimes a BIOS update can resolve hardware compatibility issues.
- Check HP’s support site for any BIOS updates for your specific PC model and follow their instructions for updating.
