I can find the network name with the wireless wizard setup feature, (there is NO DP listed on that list as an option as mentioned in previous request)

What do you mean by "NO DP listed" ?

 

The Envy 100 is not AirPrint capable according to the following table

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201311

 

It is listed as needing drivers in the table

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201465

Note the phrase quote "your Mac might automatically install the driver software"

The following MacOS drivers are available for the Envy 100

https://printerdrivers.com/hp-envy-100-driver/

I do not see Monterrey, sorry, but I am not a Mac Expert.,
