What do you mean by "NO DP listed" ?
The Envy 100 is not AirPrint capable according to the following table
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201311
It is listed as needing drivers in the table
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201465
Note the phrase quote "your Mac might automatically install the driver software"
The following MacOS drivers are available for the Envy 100
https://printerdrivers.com/hp-envy-100-driver/
I do not see Monterrey, sorry, but I am not a Mac Expert.,
