Product: HP ENVY Desktop PC TPE01-3000i (4M0M1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a new HP Envy desktop which came bundled with a wireless mouse and keyboard made by Primax Electronics.
I can type for 10 minutes to a few hours and then the keyboard loses connection. It keeps happening. I can not find a power button on this wireless keyboard.
I changed the batteries. It started working for a while, but then it disconnected again.
It can happen while typing or navigating with Alt+tab.
My problem appears the same as the poster in this link:
In that case an HP employee said it was a hardware issue. How would I tell? How do I create a ticket if so?
