Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to download the wifi adapter card and some other drivers for my HP pavilion gaming desktop 690-0010 computer but  as soon as I put the computers info in the fields, the site only send this message "   We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product.  Please select the desired operating system and select “Update” to try again. "

can someone help with this matter ?

Is HP site having problems ?

Hi:

Yes, HP is having issues with a lot of their webpages right now, as I have discovered by trying to help other forum members.

The parts list for your PC indicates that it comes with a Realtek RTL8821CE wifi adapter.

I can give you the links to the latest wifi and bluetooth drivers for that model card...

As an alternative for the other drivers you need, you should be able to get them from the 690-0000 base model series support page.

You would use the applicable AMD drivers.
