The machine is unable to connect to the interet via ethernet cable.
I have triple checked the cable connection.
I have connected my laptop using the same ethernet cable and it works fine.
Try again with the desktop and the issue persist.
All other devices: Laptop, phone and tablet are not having any issues connecting.
I have restarted and shut down the computer a few times and still having the issue.
I used the troubleshoot problems - Network and internet and that come back with:
"Local Area Connection" doesn't have a valid IP configuration
As I mentioned all my other machines and devices are fine. This machine was given to me. It didn't have this issue at that persons house. Not sure if tha is helpful but I thought I'd give all the info I have.
Please help!
Thanks

Many users are having problems with Realtek drivers for Windows 10. Here is the Realtek site for the newest drivers. Pick the windows 10 driver and give that a go. http://www.realtek.com.tw/Downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PFid=7&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3
I finally ended up getting a different brand hardware ethernet addon card to solve my problem.

The text is so small I can’t read the model number and serial number, but my issue are exactly all of the standard questions you provided. My laptop won’t connect to the internet. I checked the connections, the service and all is ok. It just won’t let me manually or automatically put in my IP.
