Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-r014
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My desktop no longer has the option to connect to a wireless network.  It looks like the driver "disappeared".  I tried to download and update drivers, but that failed.  Fortunately ethernet connection (cable) still functions.

          https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96501-97000/sp96885.exe

Hi,

I am still having the same problem: My desktop no longer has the option to connect to a wireless network.  It looks like the driver "disappeared".    Fortunately, ethernet connection (cable) still functions.  I followed your instructions and downloaded driver sp96885.exe--this worked for a few days, but then all of my wi-fi functionality again disappeared.  Appreciate your help and suggestions.
