Most of those PC's did not come with built in Wi-Fi.

 

If the PC has Wi-Fi, there will be a device listed in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller when it needs a driver.

 

If you see the Network Controller device, post the hardware ID for it and so I can figure out what model Wi-Fi adapter it is, and I will post the link to the driver you need.

If you do not see any device labeled as a Network Controller in the device manager, then your PC is one of the many that did not have the built in Wi-Fi option.
