Hi @Toni19481,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To connect your HP printer to a new Wi-Fi network (from your new internet provider), follow these steps based on your printer type:

Option 1: Using the Printer Control Panel (Touchscreen Models)

  1. Turn on the printer.
  2. On the home screen, tap Wi-Fi or Network Settings.
  3. Select Wireless Setup Wizard.
  4. Choose your new Wi-Fi network from the list.
  5. Enter the Wi-Fi password and confirm.

Option 2: Using HP Smart App (For All Models)

  1. Download or open the HP Smart app on your phone or PC.
  2. Make sure your device is connected to the new Wi-Fi.
  3. Open the app and click Set up a new printer.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to the new network.

📌 If your printer is already set up, go to Printer Settings > Advanced Settings > Wireless Setup.

Option 3: Reset Network Settings (if needed)

If the printer won’t connect or shows the old network:

  1. On the printer, go to Settings > Network Settings > Restore Network Defaults.

Then repeat the setup using the HP Smart app or control panel.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
