Hi @Toni19481,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
To connect your HP printer to a new Wi-Fi network (from your new internet provider), follow these steps based on your printer type:
Option 1: Using the Printer Control Panel (Touchscreen Models)
- Turn on the printer.
- On the home screen, tap Wi-Fi or Network Settings.
- Select Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Choose your new Wi-Fi network from the list.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password and confirm.
Option 2: Using HP Smart App (For All Models)
- Download or open the HP Smart app on your phone or PC.
- Make sure your device is connected to the new Wi-Fi.
- Open the app and click Set up a new printer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to the new network.
📌 If your printer is already set up, go to Printer Settings > Advanced Settings > Wireless Setup.
Option 3: Reset Network Settings (if needed)
If the printer won’t connect or shows the old network:
- On the printer, go to Settings > Network Settings > Restore Network Defaults.
Then repeat the setup using the HP Smart app or control panel.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
