I'm trying to update my browser because when i try to access websites like Snapchat and Netflix it says its required. but when trying to update it its not giving me the proper steps in order to do so. am i not able to access these sites on my computer or am i just not understanding how to update my browser.

I hear that you’re using an HP computer; the provided HP content does not include browser-specific update steps for sites like Snapchat or Netflix.
 

What HP content does suggest is:
 

  • Keep your PC updated with the latest HP and Microsoft updates.
     
  • Use HP Support Assistant to help keep HP software and drivers current.
     
  • You can also use Windows Update from the Start menu to install available updates.

If the problem is broader than just the browser, HP experts also recommend checking for software/driver updates and keeping the system current.
