Encountering keyboard input problems while installing Windows 11 on HP Envy. The laptop keyboard is unresponsive in the command prompt, making it difficult to proceed. Trying to bypass a network issue during installation. Seeking guidance from the HP community for specific advice on resolving both the keyboard and network problems.

Best way to do this is to use the "Rufus" trick described by @Paul_Tikkanen above (scroll down to "rufus 3" in above url)

but use the latest 4.3 rufus and set Rufus parameters as follows

let it create the local account using your name and do not let it try the Microsoft login
