my computer is wireless and its a all in one, i have no clue what to do or what im doing and i have no way of getting in my computer to change the bluetooth and also ive already tried cutting it off and on and putting in new batteries even turning the wifi off and on

@kaleighlovesdog As per the product specifications of your device, you have a wireless card with Bluetooth: click here to verify,
That said, the wireless keyboard and mouse, usually works with a USB receiver, please check the back of your desktop to find the USB receiver and if it's connected properly, if there's no receiver as such, I suggest you check if the wireless keyboard or mouse works with any other device,
- If it doesn't work on the other device as well, this could be an issue with a missing receiver, or a faulty keyboard/mouse
- However, if it works fine on the other device, this could be a driver issue with the wireless card, please check if the WiFi connections works fine/ or if any other Bluetooth device works on it.
