Hi @Grammadukes,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for letting me know! I’ll keep this very simple and clear for you. Here’s a step-by-step guide to reset your printer’s Wi-Fi and connect it to your new network:

Step 1: Prepare

  • Make sure your printer is powered on.
  • Have your Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password ready.

Step 2: Reset the Printer’s Wi-Fi

  1. Find the Wireless button on your printer (it usually looks like a small antenna or Wi-Fi icon).
  2. Press and hold the Wireless button for about 5 seconds until the light starts blinking.
    • This means the printer is now in Wi-Fi setup mode.

Step 3: Use the HP App

  1. On your phone, tablet, or computer, download the HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site
  2. Open the HP app and sign in (or create an account if needed).
  3. Tap Add Printer (look for a “+” sign).
  4. The app will find your printer (since it’s blinking and in setup mode).
  5. Select your printer → choose your Wi-Fi network → enter your Wi-Fi password.
  6. Wait for the app to confirm the connection.

Step 4: Test

  • Print a test page from the app to make sure everything works.

💡 Tip: If your router supports WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup), you can press the WPS button on your router and then press the Wireless button on your printer for 3 seconds. They will connect automatically.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
