Hello, all I have a laptop / tablet and its a product from HP tjis device I purchased brand new and it has not worked to my satisfaction. The warranty has expired and now I am having problems logging on and connecting to the internet. Maybe I should have taken care of this issue sooner. I am not sure what to do. I feel that it is a product issue. I
I just need my laptop to work. I am totally unsatified. Maybe I can get an exchange for a laptop that works properly.
If not I will purchase another brand.
