The Wi-Fi card that is designed for your system fits into slot #14 in below picture. The Bluetooth cable fits into socket 15
However, your Asus card should have worked. Try this windows 10 64 bit driver. Be sure to connect the Bluetooth cable into socket 15

If it still does not work you may have to enable AHCI in your bios.
Alternately, you can return it and get not only Wi-Fi but Bluetooth as well and it will fit into socket 14. Our expert @Paul_Tikkanen can recommend the correct M.2 card kit with antenna.

Hi, @YenYY
Personally, I would never use a PCIe x1 Wi-Fi adapter when a PC has a dedicated M.2 slot for a Wi-Fi adapter.
This is the desktop Wi-Fi kit I recommend, or you can get a similar one. Do not get one with an Intel Wi-Fi adapter that ends in a '1' such as AX201 or AX211.

If this is your device then you can remove the m.2 circuit and put it into slot 14 on your motherboard
You will have to get an antenna kit
It is possible it may pick up a signal if you re-attach the existing antennas. At least you can tell if it will work. With a strong signal you may not need an antenna for test and compatibility purpose.
if the part recommended by @Paul_Tikkanen is available in your location then it is better plus it will do Bluetooth where the above device might be missing the Bluetooth circuitry depending on if the Bluetooth is on the large board or the small m.2
