@t-shirts -- in Windows 10, try:

 

  1. Click the Windows "Start" button;
  2. Click "Settings" (a toothed-wheel, as on the crank of a bicycle);
  3. Click "Devices";
  4. Click "Printers";
  5. Click on your printer;
  6. Click on "See what's printing";
  7. Click on "Printer";
  8. If there is a check-mark before "use printer offline", click to remove it.
