Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
- Have you tried with different Keyboard & mouse?
- Are you facing a similar issue with another Bluetooth device?
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
Let's perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant:
To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.
Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.
- To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon
.
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Thank you for the response and telling me about the HP Support Assistance, I did not even know that existed. I downloaded all the updates (I had 7 updates), even one for the bluetooth. I was hoping it would help but to no avail. I did try changing the USB port that I was using and I installed another Logitech mouse and keyboard combo I had but they both react the same.
When I start the computer the green light on my M275 mouse blinks rapidly for a few minutes as if it was looking for something or trying to connect to something. My keyboard (K345) does nothing I cannot use the keys to write. Then for no reason all starts to work.
My solution for now is to start the computer go do something else for a few minutes then return to the computer hoping that all is now connected.
Any suggestions from anyone who has experienced the same issue are welcome.

Glad to hear!
Work on it as per your convenience and keep me posted on the results.
Meanwhile, you can try using alternate Bluetooth mouse/keyboard or other Bluetooth device and check for the connectivity.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
