HP switch 2530-24G

Hi Team,

I need to configure and Implement port speed limiting on selected ports on HP 2530 switch.

Ideal configuration is 45MB limit with 10% burst.
I did search and below is my config, I am not sure how I can configure 10% burst? or

sw01(config)# interface x rate-limit all in percentage 45

Can anyone please help?

Kind regards

sfathi

Hi:

HP split into two companies back in 2014.

HP supports PC's, printers, tablets and calculators.

HP Enterprise (HPE) supports servers, switches, routers and tape storage.

You may also want to post your question on the HPE community support forum -- Switches, Hubs & Modems section...

Hi @sfathi

try to register through the following link

https://cf.passport.hpe.com/hppcf/createuser.do?hpappid=CURIOSITY_PRO_HPE&lang=en&cc=US&applandingpa...

now I believe (I am not sure) that the burst is activated by time intervals and not percentages. In this case I recommend you to consult the HPE forum
