setting up new pc and wifi, asking for network key. where do i find that info

It seems the key it is asking is the one for the WiFi network.  Assuming you know the password for the internet WiFi, place that password in the box when it asks for it.

If you are not on the home WiFi, and the place providing internet is allowing you access, then it should be able to complete.  It this is not clear, take a screenshot of the place it is asking that question, and post it here.
