Setting up new all in one. 510 wireless keyboard and mouse not showing uo to connect.

Check the USB Receiver

Make sure the USB receiver is properly plugged into your computer. It should be a small device that connects the keyboard and mouse to your computer wirelessly.

Try plugging it into a different USB port on your computer to rule out any issues with the port itself.

 

Power On the Devices

Double-check that both the keyboard and mouse are powered on. Look for an "on" switch or button.

For the mouse, try clicking or moving it to make sure it's awake.

 

Check Batteries

If they’re battery-operated, make sure the batteries are fresh or properly installed.
