@jj5757, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
It sounds like you're trying to set up a 510 wireless keyboard and mouse, but they’re not showing up to connect. Here are a few troubleshooting steps to help get them working:
Check the USB Receiver
Make sure the USB receiver is properly plugged into your computer. It should be a small device that connects the keyboard and mouse to your computer wirelessly.
Try plugging it into a different USB port on your computer to rule out any issues with the port itself.
Power On the Devices
Double-check that both the keyboard and mouse are powered on. Look for an "on" switch or button.
For the mouse, try clicking or moving it to make sure it's awake.
Check Batteries
If they’re battery-operated, make sure the batteries are fresh or properly installed.
