Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have windows 10, wireless connection, using desktop hp19. My start up and log in procedure taking longer than it should. Also when loading a internet page it is slow. I have very high internet speed(recently checked) is this my computers processor? can I do something, or have to buy a new pc? thank you.

I understand that you are facing an issue with your computer where the performance is very slow, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

May I know the exact product number of your computer? Click here. Please do not share the serial number of your computer.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Have you tried to update all the drivers using HP Support Assistant?

Have you run a diagnostics on your computer?

 

Run HP Support Assistant on your computer to make sure all the drivers are updated. Click here for assistance in using HPSA. 

Once all the drivers including BIOS and chipset are updated. 

Request you shut down your computer. 

Wait for a minute. 

Turn the computer On and keep tapping F2 repeatedly on startup to enter system diagnostics. 

Run an extensive test on your computer to make sure all the components are working fine. Click here for assistance.

If any of the tests fail, please contact our phone support for the service options available for your computer.

If all the tests pass, try the steps suggested in this HP Guided troubleshooter

Pls backup all data to another driver and then format driver C, setup a new windows, install new drivers, your pc will faster , hope will help you
