Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My system constantly kicks me off the internet when I'm transitioning between pages or just randomly.  My computer is right next to my modem and I've tripled my bandwidth with minimal additional appliances running on it.  I'm using the bare minimum of storage on my system but it runs incredibly slow and videos get interrupted (Zoom meetings and Facebook Live broadcasts).  I've tried running all updates but the system Optimizer fails to update.  I'm trying to get my kids to be able to do school work from home and for me to run zoom meetings for work - any suggestions????
