Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This started with the wireless dropping frequently, but only on this desktop. All other devices are able to connect with no issue.  I followed the troubleshooter many many times.  I did a network reset on the PC.   Now, when I click connect, I see "checking network requirements, then I get prompted to enter the network security key.  I enter the key, then see "verifying and connecting" then get an error even though the password is correct.  I am able to connect to my mobile phone as a hotspot.

Hi

So the adapter card is installed and working.  I note that the driver is 2016 and there may be an update available.

So intermittent connection can be because there is a stronger signal locally swampimg your signal.

inSSIDer can show this.  https://inssider.en.softonic.com/
