Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased a All-In-One PC for an employee and the wireless keyboard keeps disconnecting from PC and now not working at all. We ran into this problem about 3 weeks ago and after uninstalling driver then restarting PC, it was working and now its not at all. Could it just be the keyboard is bad? We've only had the computer for 2 months now. Any feedback is appreciated.

Your new HP computer comes with a one-year HP Warranty. Contact HP to exercise the warranty, to get it repaired/replaced.

Have you tried brand-new batteries in the wireless keyboard?
