You're very welcome.
Yes, that is a very common problem with the Ralink Wi-Fi adapters and W10.
They only worked reliably for the first couple of W10 builds.
Now that you found the Ralink Wi-Fi adapter, if there are two Wi-Fi antenna wires connected to it, you can replace the card with this model for an upgrade.
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + BT 4.0 HP Part # 710661-001
You can find this model card on eBay.
Search by the HP part number, not the model of the Wi-Fi adapter.

Hi:
Below is the link to the product specs for your PC:
HP ENVY 700-074 Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
The PCI Express half-length mini card slot is already occupied by your PC's HMC Wi-Fi adapter.
When you look at the 'expansion options' motherboard specifications you have to assume that you are looking at a bare motherboard with nothing installed.

Thanks. I see the reltek wifi adapter. My problem is that the computer no longer recognizes the wifi adapter. It says not found. Looks like i can unscrew the old wifi card, carefully take out the cables, noting which side they were in. then pull out the oldd one. Then I can put in the new one, screw it down and reattach the cables. After one of the recent windows upgrades it stopped working. I understand that is a problem for the reltek wifi adapters that many are no longer recognized after recent windows 10 upgrades
