why does it say Windows did not detect properly installed network card

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
i acccedntly deleted everything in my computer(files,programes..)and i fixed it but when i connect the cable with the network it says Windows did not detect properly installed network card and there is also 3 programes that have a problem and they are controleur do bus SM and controleur ethernet and controleur PCI de communications simplifiees

You need to reinstall the drivers for those devices:

 

controleur do bus:  Install this driver first and restart the PC.

 

This package provides the original driver for the Intel 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family solutions in supported models that are running a supported operating system.

controleur ethernet:

 

This package provides the original driver for the Atheros Ethernet Controller solutions in supported models that are running a supported operating system.

controleur PCI de communications:

 

This package provides the original driver for the Intel Management Engine Interface solutions in supported models that are running a supported operating system.
