Hello, I was having continual problems with my HP notebook and sent it off to be fixed (after they tried to fix it over the phone). I only got it back about 5 days ago and it did a restart with the following error message (plus no internet). "Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware-related problems".
I came to this community page and hopefully downloaded the correct updated drivers. My question is why are the not updated automatically? and was this a system error that I have to send away to fix again?? : ( Thanks

Hi:
Since this is a peer-to-peer forum and we don't work for or represent HP, we cannot answer your last question regrading HP's policy of updating drivers.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest Wi-Fi driver HP has for that model Wi-Fi adapter.

Restart the PC after installing the driver.
