i have to update when the PC asked update but when i update, it taking too long to install. so how can i do faster please?

Too long !!! Mainly due to congestion at the servers end. Servers from Microsoft, HP or other vendors may serve thousands of customers on every second.

 

Manually download and install normally is quicker than using HPSA.

 

Hope this makes sense.
