@aranthangipriya, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Wi-Fi and Bluetooth not showing in the device!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are not showing in your system and the drivers are also missing, despite updating all software, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check if the Wireless Adapter is Enabled in BIOS

  • Restart your PC and enter BIOS/UEFI (Press F2, F10, or Del depending on your system).
  • Look for Wireless settings and ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled.

2. Check Device Manager

  • Press Win + XDevice Manager.
  • Expand Network Adapters.
  • If Bluetooth or Wi-Fi drivers are missing, go to ViewShow hidden devices.
  • If the devices appear grayed out, right-click and select Enable.

3. Run Network and Bluetooth Troubleshooter

  • Wi-Fi: Go to SettingsUpdate & SecurityTroubleshootInternet Connections.
  • Bluetooth: Go to SettingsDevicesBluetooth & other devices → Run Bluetooth troubleshooter.

4. Reinstall the Network and Bluetooth Drivers

  • Download the latest drivers from your laptop manufacturer’s website or Intel/Realtek for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapters.
  • Install the drivers manually.

5. Check Windows Services

  • Press Win + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter.
  • Find Bluetooth Support Service and WLAN AutoConfig.
  • Right-click → Properties → Set Startup type to Automatic → Click Start.

6. Reset Network Settings

  • Open Command Prompt (Admin) and run the following commands one by one
    netsh winsock
    reset netsh int ip
    reset ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns

  • Restart your PC.

7. Check for Windows Updates

  • Go to SettingsWindows Update → Click Check for updates.

8. Perform System Restore (If issue started recently)

  • Search for System Restore in Start Menu.
  • Select a restore point when Bluetooth and Wi-Fi were working.

9. Check Hardware Issues

  • If none of the above works, there could be a hardware issue with the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card.
  • If your system is a desktop, try re-seating the wireless card or using an external USB Wi-Fi adapter.

Let me know which steps you’ve tried, and I can guide you further! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
