I have received this PC from my parents, as they no longer needed.  When im trying to connect to WIFI there is only a broadband option or ethernet.  Is there a WIFI adapter that I would be able to install?

Is it the following machine ?

The specs says No expansion slots available there fore the simplest option is to buy an USB wifi adapter . There are many around for example

 

               https://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Networking/Adapters/67965-USB-AC53-NANO

      (I bought the same one, same shop 3 months ago, only A$39 - you can buy a cheaper elsewhere).
