It specs says "The specifications for the 802.11ac WLAN are draft specifications and are not final. If the final specifications differ from the draft specifications, it might affect the ability of the device to communicate with other 802.11ac WLAN devices".
Please check Device Manager to see: does it actually have Wifi adapter entry in Network Adapter ? Also download and install the following drivers for Realtek 802.11ac (1x1) Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2 Combo:
Wifi https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp136501-137000/sp136688.exe
Bluetooth https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp121001-121500/sp121409.exe
