Greetings @Aiswary

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Check Control Panel>Device Manger for WIFI and BlueTooth devices.

An error indicates a driver problem.

A hardware problem could be happening if the devices are not present.

after doing all updates and checks ...how do we know if its hardware problem?

The hardware would have a problem if there are no Bluetooth devices and no WIFI devices listed in Device Manager.

Windows can't install the required device drivers if Windows can't detect the device.

You can verify device failure by backing up data.

Then do a W11 in-place upgrade or use the HP Cloud Recovery tool if your PC supports this option.

The W11 in-place upgrade is much quicker.

W11 in-place upgrade:

Go to Settings>System>Recovery. Select " Fix problems using Windows Update:.

No WIFI and Bluetooth after doing the W11 in-place upgrade would confirm the M.2 WIFI/Bluetooth combo card has probably failed.
