The wifi and audio switch are both on and I've done troubleshooting but it still won't work and it says all my drivers are up to date and working properly.

Tried charging it today but it won't charge, it shows

Battery 1: this battery is not available for use

Battery 2: 7% charged.

The percentage doesn't increase but stays on for as long as it is connected to power and powers off soon as I disconnect power
