This is not so much a Windows 10 problem, unless the PC has just had Windows 10 installed.  It is a hardware being recognized problem.  Please post the model number of the PC.  It might be helpful to also include a screenshot or photo of Device Manager and the network category expanded to see the hardware that is present, if any.
