Hi @BillyC3,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To turn on the Bluetooth on your HP Envy laptop, follow these steps.

  • Open the "Start" menu: Click on the Windows icon located at the bottom left corner of the taskbar or press the "Windows" key on your keyboard.
  • Go to "Settings": Look for the gear-shaped settings icon in the Start menu and click on it. Alternatively, you can press the "Windows + I" keys together to directly open the Settings app.
  • Access "Devices": In the Settings window, you should see various categories. Click on "Devices" to access the device-related settings.
  • Select "Bluetooth & other devices": On the left side of the Devices settings, you'll find the "Bluetooth & other devices" option. Click on it to open the Bluetooth settings.
  • Enable Bluetooth: In the Bluetooth settings, you should see a toggle switch labeled "Bluetooth." If it is currently off, click on the toggle switch to turn it on. Once it's enabled, it should search for nearby Bluetooth devices and be discoverable to others.
  • Pairing (if necessary): If you want to connect your HP Envy with a specific Bluetooth device, such as a wireless mouse, keyboard, or headphones, make sure that the device is in pairing mode and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
