Hi

I bought the pc ex display for my Dad's Christmas and neither the mouse or keyboard will connect. both wireless with inbuilt connection. none of the online resources fix the issue. Lights come on momentarily on both when switched on  for the mouse and when change the keyboard's batteries.

is there a function that turns the keyboard on?

in settings the mouse is detected but doesn't move the cursor. please help
