Wireless mouse 200
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

a couple of days ago I bought a wireless mouse 200 2.4Ghz. It did not work properly from the start, notwistanding on a mousepad and with new batteries (the ones included in its packaging), and recognized by the pc as '2.4G Wireless Mouse'.

Once switched the botton on, it was impossible to move and control the mouse: it just moved slowly and steadly  towards bottom-left of the screen or sometimes started moving swiftly tracing a small 'square' around itself.  I tried to on/off and to press the 'Connect' blue botton several times. No way.

I tried again today: the mouse is even not detected by the pc (even if the PC bluetooth works properly as it detects other bluetooth devices as usual).

Thank you very much for any help.
